Haushohe Wellen statt Wolkenkratzer

“Waves the size of houses instead of skyscrapers”, that’s the literal translation of this headline. The article by well-known sports-journalist Peter Karlik, is an honour. Usually writing about the biggest sporting-highlights in and outside Austria, this feature combines a photo that reminds me on a hell-of-a-wave-session at the Nine Mile Beach in Esperance, Western Australia, together with a wonderful, short version and “portray of Kitegabi” – how I came from my previous career in a management position in business metropolis Hong Kong to my life and especially biggest passion today: waves – and all that in Austria’s ‘top 2 newspaper: Kurier’.
