BENVENUTI ALLE ISOLE HAPI

My explorer-trip to the Solomon Islands was without a doubt THE wildest, most hardcore, most remote adventure yet.

What a place!! In the Solomons, you feel like on a different planet. It’s a country that time forgot. Raw, often dangerous, yet with the loveliest people you would ever meet. Many of which have never seen any white person before me. And then, there comes me: a super tall, blond, muscly woman, with “big bags”, lots of weird looking stuff… that can make her fly!

Although challenging in many, many ways, experiences like I had in the Solomons shape me into who I am today. I wish there were more countries in the world like the Solomons, so far away from our crazy, hectic, super civilised, modern madness…
