Tasmania = “THE” Kite-Wonderland !!
The wind is almost always blowing and no matter where you are on the island, you’re never more than an hour away from the ocean. There’s kiting all around and you can easily whizz from one side to the other. The number of spots (wave, free- style, speed) is sheer endless with some of the cleanest air and water in the world. Do I need to say anymore…? 🙂
It would have been absolutely foolish to only even have attempted packing all my experiences into one article, I could write a book about my adventure in Tassie!
Kitesoul, Italy’s No.1 mag, does my trip justice and covered my voyage in Van Diemen’s Land on 23 pages, yew!
Read the article below in Italian, or alternatively you’ll find the English version of it here. But there’s even more options. Kiteboarding published a 10.5 page article about my trip in German, here’s another one in English, 10 pages in Kiteworld, the leading international magazine, or in French in Kiteboarder as well as in Spanish in Surf a Vela.
Too much choice 😉 ?!
Enjoy & carpe diem,
Gabi xx
