Getting ready for the summer – especially after perhaps eating a little too much during Christmas, Easter and so on… 🙂 !? – I worked out a fitness routing for ‘gym-avoiders’, i.e. far off boring dumb bells and machines that’s focusing on strengthening kite-specific muscle groups.
Especially considering today’s ‘New-School-Era’ with all the moves that are so hardcore on joints, it’s even more indispensable to train the body and strengthen it off the water !
