Tarifa Update – wind wind wind…
Woooooooooooow, tarifa is i n c r e d i b l e guys!! all week levante (suuuper strong wind from the east), for the ones who have been here before, they know what I’m talking about 😉
Yesterday was the strongest day so far…the water was WHITE and I mean W H I T E !! when I opened my car door at the gas station – no windshield whatsoever – I actually thought, the door would be ripped off and blown away…it took me quite some time to close it again … hiiiii, the guys in the car next to me were laughing :))
the day before that, I actually tried kiting in tarifa with my rhino 9 with short lines. suddenly during a power-move ‘SMACK’, I was in the water, the kite too and only outside I figured, I broke 3 (!!!) lines in one go … can you believe it!!!?
that’s levante in tarifa …. looove it !! nevertheless, was kiting at ‘Canos de Mecca’ (my favorite spot around … usually when strong levante, better than tarifa cause a little less) today … looking already forward to tomorrow … levante again !!
