In 2002 when I gave up everything – a dream career in Hong Kong, sick appartment in the 16th floor in Hong Kong’s SOHO, a secretary twice my age, lots of business travel through Asia, a decent lifestyle – for a dream, people called me ‘nuts’, today, travelling the world as a kite-professional people call me ‘lucky’.
Luck is only one tiny part of the equation in my opinion, sheer determination, taking a massive risk, focus, continous hard work, and a great passion for what I do, the remaining ‘ingredients to success’.
Stance interviewed me to my ‘change of life’ a few years ago. My answers still pretty much account for how I feel and think back then as well as today. Check it out!
